Hi there! My name is Donna Lakner and I live in Sharon Springs, site of the Gathering III.
For those interested in attending our World (In)Famous Gathering of Honor Harrington fans, this is the place for information about the area and accomodations. Through much finagling, begging and whining I was able to get everyone to agree to hold the 2001 Gathering here in beautiful downtown Sharon Springs, New York. There are links to information about the town, the surrounding area and the B&B where we will congregate to celebrate all things Manticoran and Weberish (or is that Web-ish?).

For those of you who have never heard of Sharon Springs, New York, we are located about 45 miles west of Albany right on Route 20. Cooperstown with the Baseball Hall of Fame, Hyde Hall, Glimmerglass Lake and Glimmerglass Opera is another 15-18 miles further west. Howe Caverns, Old Stone Fort (a church/fort from the Revolutionary era) and Landis Arboretum are other sights just a few miles away.
